THE FOUNDATION: ADHD SUPPORT
The key to success with any coaching program is not how much you learn, but how well you implement. For ADHD brains, learning comes naturally but implementing can be a huge challenge. ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator addresses this challenge by providing the systems, tools and support to ensure you get out of overwhelm, harness your focus and make the progress you know you are capable of.
At the heart of ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator ADHD support is my Focus Formula system that I developed as a late diagnosed (54) ADHD entrepreneur. This system will give you:
- A no-fail task starting system
- A 7-minute prioritization technique
- A 2-hour workday framework
- A Weekly Dashboard
- Daily co-working focus sessions (attend as many or few as you want)
Through the Daily co-working sessions, you will have the support to make consistent progress every week.
Business Growth Support: The ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator Flywheel
With ADHD support as a foundation, we will work together over the next 12 months to create your specific path to your next $500k in revenue. The key to creating this growth is building a reliable customer flywheel. In the first 12 weeks, we will design and spin up your customer flywheel. The components we will put in place are:
1. 10X Customers
There are customers and clients within your current set and out in the world you are 10X more valuable than the other people you could serve. We identify your 10X customers, the ones that have sufficient pain and urgency and who you can uniquely serve. This forms the basis for components 2 & 3 in your flywheel.
2. Stupid Offer Stack
Customers and clients don’t buy your product or service, they buy your offer. Your business is a series of offers. Your core offer is the one you build your business on. We help you build a hand raiser offer/lead magnet, then a customer ID offer that helps prospects identify themselves as high intent customers. We help you create offers that are stupidly good.
3. Daily Lead Machine
Creating an effective system that deliver that right leads to you every day is the key to consistent business growth. We help you build/optimize your Daily Lead Machine that can deliver the right people to you every day.
Once we get your flywheel up and running, we refine and optimize. We do this in a way that's authentic to you - it's not a one size/method fits all. If it isn't authentic and aligned for you, it won't work the way it should.
ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator Community - how it works:
1. Weekly office hours - every Thursday 9am-10:30am PT. This where we go over each other's work and get support from each other.
2. Always on support via the ADHD Entrepreneur Accelerator Skool Community, where you can post questions, get feedback on work and get support from myself and others.
3. Monthly Workshops on the 3rd Wednesday of each month that goes into more depth on a particular subject.
4. Daily co-working sessions that support ADHD folks to focus and guarantee you make progress every day.
5. Curriculum courses and all previous workshops. 15 in all.
6. Quarterly 1:1 game plan sessions to ensure you are on track at all times.
Investment
There are two payment models:
Weekly
Use my pay as you go model to make it easy to get started. Pay $125 weekly. (Note: This rate will be going up in 2025)
The rate you join at is grandfathered for life and will never go up.
Pay In Full
Alternatively, you can pay in full for the year for $4,000 (save $2,500 off the weekly price).
Love It or Leave It
This is a program and a community, not a hostage situation. :) You can leave anytime, but rejoining is restricted for 6 months.
