Studies have shown that people with ADHD are 500% more likely to become entrepreneurs.
While it’s estimated that 4-5% of adults have ADHD, that number jumps to 29% among entrepreneurs. In the U.S. alone, approximately 3.3 million adults have been diagnosed with ADHD, yet 85% of cases go undiagnosed.
Many adults receive a late diagnosis, often in their 30s or 40s or their 50's (as I did). Entrepreneurs frequently exhibit common ADHD traits, even without an official diagnosis.
Traits like hyperfocus, divergent thinking, flexibility, passion, and curiosity can make ADHD adults exceptional entrepreneurs.
But ADHD also comes with challenges: procrastination, distraction, decision paralysis are just some things that prevent entrepreneurs form achieving the success they know they are capable of.

MY ADHD ENTREPRENEUR JOURNEY
I'm Steve August. From the outside, I've had a successful entrepreneurial career...
I took Revelation, my first startup, from idea to successful multi-million dollar exit. I’ve seen the journey from two people in a room to being the CMO of a $100M 400 person global business, reporting directly to a private equity board.
After my Exit, I have been coaching Founders privately since 2017. My clients raised over $100M in Funding, achieved record revenue and five successful exits. But more importantly than that, they made huge leaps in their own development and growth.
DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD AT 54
While on the outside, my track record has been one of success, on the inside, I always felt I was falling short. I was constantly overwhelmed, worked 4x as hard to get things done as other people and could never truly relax.
At age 54 I was diagnosed with ADHD and suddenly things started to make sense. Understanding my ADHD brain has been transformational in my own business and life
Now my mission is to help other ADHD entrepreneurs get out of overwhelm, reclaim their focus and realize their full potential.
